The building was placed in a garden property of a large villa. The goal was to create privacy, preserve the garden and house two families in a spacious loft apartment. We decided to move the sleeping area to the ground floor and divide the courtyard using water, to have privacy for all. The living area was moved on the first floor and exposed almost exclusively with large windows, so the feeling is being surrounded by trees.
